Role Description

The Human Resources Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh.

The position oversees daily HR operations and supports a positive, compliant workplace.

The role covers recruitment support, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, employee relations, performance management, training, labor compliance, and HR programs.

The supervisor works with leadership and cross-functional teams to support organizational growth and promote a fair, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in Human Resources and HR Management handling core HR functions.
  • Strong employee relations skills, including conflict resolution, coaching, and promotion of a respectful, inclusive workplace.
  • Proficiency in performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance appraisal support.
  • Solid understanding of HR policies and procedures and the ability to apply labor laws and company guidelines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
  • Experience in a fast-paced sector, ideally food and beverage or a related industry, is beneficial.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office tools.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic and familiarity with local employment regulations in Riyadh are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations and support a positive, compliant workplace.
  • Supervise recruitment support, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies.
  • Assist managers with performance evaluations and employee development plans.
  • Coordinate training initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company guidelines.
  • Partner with leadership to implement HR programs aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a fair and inclusive culture.
  • Support organizational growth through effective HR operations.
