The Human Resources Supervisor supports HR department managers and provides front office and administrative support within Hilton's hotels team.
The role emphasizes delivering professional service and memorable experiences for guests, applicants, and team members.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests, applicants, and team members with prompt, professional, and courteous service.
- Provide word processing, data entry, filing, and copying support for HR department operations.
- Handle phone calls, emails, mail processing, and meeting coordination.
- Organize and manage travel bookings for HR department managers.
- Assist with departmental initiatives, special projects, and ad hoc assignments.
