Operational Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and record messages.
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
- Follow company, safety, and security policies and report accidents, injuries, or unsafe work conditions.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
- Communicate clearly and professionally and use appropriate telephone etiquette.
- Develop positive working relationships and support team goals.
- Use computers and, where applicable, point of sale systems.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- At least one year of related work experience is preferred.
- At least one year of supervisory experience is preferred.
- No license or certification is specified.
