Role Description

  • Support clients in the design and execution of comprehensive HR solutions.
  • Help structure salaries and benefits.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to performance management systems including KPIs, appraisals, and feedback processes.
  • Manage employee data and support recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Coordinate employee services such as leave management and benefits administration.
  • Work on compliance related tasks, ensuring documentation and HR operations align with Saudi Labor Law.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to analyze HR needs, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
  • Skills in HR Policies and Personnel Management.
  • Skills in Employee Benefits.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, local HR platforms (e.g., Mudad, Qiwa, GOSI), and regulatory compliance practices is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
  • Previous experience in HR outsourcing, HR consulting, or in house HR roles within the Saudi market is preferred.
