Role Objective
The HR Specialist will bridge corporate strategy and employee satisfaction while managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
The role supports compliance with Saudi Labor Law and Saudization targets.
Location
- The position is based in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment postings, interviews, and onboarding for new hires.
- Maintain Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad government platforms for compliance.
- Resolve employee inquiries and grievances while supporting a productive work environment.
- Assist with performance reviews and KPI tracking guidance.
- Update HR policies and the Employee Handbook in line with Saudi Labor Law.
- Manage leave, attendance, and payroll data preparation.
Qualifications and Skills
- Saudi nationality is required under Saudization requirements.
- Three years of dedicated HR experience is required.
- A diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and government portals is required.
- Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and discretion are required.
