Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and align with company values
- Coordinate and support employee training and development programs
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation
- Facilitate employee relations and communication to promote a positive work environment
- Assist in performance management processes including appraisals, feedback, and goal setting
- Support payroll administration, benefits management, and employee wellness initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role, preferably within the technology sector
- Strong understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
