Role Overview
The HR and Admin Specialist is responsible for administrative efficiency, employee experience, labor-law compliance, and government-platform integration.
The role covers government compliance, employee lifecycle and performance, administration, and payroll.
Government Platforms and Compliance
- Manage and update data across Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher Business, and Mudad.
- Document electronic employment contracts on Qiwa and issue or renew Iqamas and work permits.
- Monitor Nitaqat localization rates and process exit and re-entry visas.
- Upload monthly payroll files through Mudad and resolve system flags or justifications.
Employee Lifecycle and Performance
- Post job openings, screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and prepare formal job offers.
- Facilitate onboarding, manage exit procedures, calculate end-of-service benefits, and issue final settlements.
- Track probation evaluations during the first 90–180 days and oversee periodic performance reviews.
Administration and Payroll
- Prepare and verify monthly payroll, including leaves, deductions, and allowances, with Finance.
