- Execute the company’s annual recruitment plan to efficiently fulfill staffing demands of business departments
- Lead the sourcing, interviewing and hiring of mid to senior roles, core talents and international professionals
- Manage and expand recruitment channels, and build up talent pools
- Optimize recruitment processes to boost hiring efficiency and candidate experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- At least 5 years of full cycle recruitment experience
- Cross border recruitment experience is preferred
- Prior experience in equipment manufacturing or new energy industries is a plus
