Responsibilities
- Administer day to day HR activities, including maintaining employee records
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes
- Coordinate performance and development processes
- Implement and update HR policies
- Manage employee benefits and leaves
- Support personnel management tasks such as attendance, disciplinary procedures, and contract documentation
- Respond to employee inquiries
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations
- Collaborate with managers to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) concepts and practices, with experience in HR Management
- Ability to develop, implement, and maintain clear HR Policies aligned with organizational and legal requirements
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee communication
- Experience in Personnel Management, including employee records, contracts, attendance, and disciplinary procedures
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with Saudi labor laws and regulations, especially as applied in Jeddah
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on fairness and confidentiality
- Proficiency in HR information systems and standard office software; ability to work accurately with data and documentation
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial

Role Description
- The Human Resources Specialist is a full time, on site role based in Jeddah.
- This role is responsible for administering day to day HR activities, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and coordinating performance and development processes.
- The specialist implements and updates HR policies, manages employee benefits and leaves, and supports personnel management tasks such as attendance, disciplinary procedures, and contract documentation.
- The role also involves responding to employee inquiries, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations, and collaborating with managers to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
