Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process and provide an excellent candidate experience
- Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones
- Support onboarding for new team members, including documentation, account setup coordination, and orientation
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Draft and maintain job descriptions, interview guides, and HR documentation
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist with HR operations, internal communications, and employee engagement initiatives
- Help improve recruitment processes and HR workflows as the company grows
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment
- Experience recruiting for technical roles (Software Engineers, Product, Design, QA, DevOps, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and follow through
- Comfortable working in a fast paced startup environment
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote team
- Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment tools

Overview
- We are looking for a proactive and highly organized HR Specialist to manage and support the full recruitment lifecycle while assisting with onboarding, HR operations, and employee communications.
- This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, as you will regularly communicate with candidates and team members from different countries and backgrounds.

- Experience with international hiring and remote teams
