Overview

  • We are looking for a proactive and highly organized HR Specialist to manage and support the full recruitment lifecycle while assisting with onboarding, HR operations, and employee communications.
  • This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, as you will regularly communicate with candidates and team members from different countries and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end to end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process and provide an excellent candidate experience
  • Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones
  • Support onboarding for new team members, including documentation, account setup coordination, and orientation
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
  • Draft and maintain job descriptions, interview guides, and HR documentation
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist with HR operations, internal communications, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Help improve recruitment processes and HR workflows as the company grows

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles (Software Engineers, Product, Design, QA, DevOps, etc.) is highly preferred
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and follow through
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced startup environment
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote team
  • Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment tools

Language Requirements (Required)

  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin), with excellent speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
  • Comfortable conducting interviews, writing professional emails, and communicating with international candidates in both languages

Nice to Have

  • Experience hiring for Web3, Blockchain, FinTech, or Startup companies
  • Experience with international hiring and remote teams
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Ashby, Greenhouse
  • Experience coordinating interviews across different time zones
  • Basic understanding of employment contracts and contractor agreements
  • Experience organizing onboarding and employee documentation
