Role Description

  • The Human Resources Specialist is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • This role is responsible for executing day to day HR operations, including administering HR policies, supporting recruitment activities, and coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • The specialist will maintain employee records, manage personnel documentation, and support employee benefits administration in line with company procedures and local labor regulations.
  • Daily tasks include responding to HR related inquiries, assisting managers with performance and personnel matters, and contributing to HR initiatives that foster employee engagement and compliance.
  • The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure HR practices support business needs and uphold a respectful, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support daily HR operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and local labor laws, with the capacity to apply and communicate these policies consistently.
  • Experience in Employee Benefits administration, including enrollment, updates, and employee communication.
  • Proficiency in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate employee records and handling confidential information responsibly.
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in an HR role, preferably within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or a similar regulated industry.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and MS Office applications; familiarity with HR metrics and reporting is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on site in Dubai, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast paced, customer focused environment.
