Qualifications
- Expertise in recruitment processes, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Strong skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and team management.
- Experience designing and implementing HR policies and performance management systems.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Flexibility and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications such as SHRM-CP or CHRP are a plus.
- Previous HR experience in a multicultural and diverse workforce environment.
- Familiarity with HR software and data-driven decision-making is an advantage.
