UNITS is a fast-growing startup in the warehousing industry providing tailored warehousing and storage solutions across the Kingdom.
Role Description
The HR Specialist manages day-to-day HR activities for UNITS.
The role is full-time and on-site in the Riyadh Region.
Responsibilities
- Administer employee records and support recruitment and onboarding.
- Maintain HR documentation and implement HR policies.
- Coordinate employee benefits and provide guidance to managers and team members.
- Assist with performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable HR standards.
- Support employee relations and personnel management across teams.
Qualifications
- Solid foundation in Human Resources and HR Management with core HR operations experience.
- Knowledge of HR policies and personnel management procedures.
- Experience managing employee benefits and supporting employee relations and engagement.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency with HR information systems and basic office software such as MS Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant HR certifications are advantageous.
- Prior on-site HR experience in a fast-paced or service-oriented environment is preferred.
