About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources & Recruitment Manager to lead our HR department and oversee all aspects of recruitment, employee relations, and office management.
  • This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing HR operations, driving effective recruitment strategies, and maintaining a productive, professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the HR & Recruitment department to ensure smooth day to day operations.
  • Will be in charge of obtaining projects from contractors and handle the onboarding and outsourcing of personnel as required by the clients
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company goals.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and staff development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company regulations.
  • Handle HR documentation, contracts, and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate and supervise office administration, ensuring a well organized and efficient workplace.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR related matters.
  • Lead initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and productive company culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources and Recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Proven experience leading HR and recruitment teams, preferably within a fast paced or growing organization.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labour laws, and recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and make strategic decisions.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
