The Recruiter plays a key role in attracting, sourcing, and securing qualified talent to support ONWA’s strategic and operational objectives across the province.
Working collaboratively with Managers and internal stakeholders, the Recruiter leads full-cycle recruitment activities, provides guidance on recruitment best practices, and develops innovative recruitment strategies that support workforce planning and organizational growth.
The Recruiter is responsible for maintaining recruitment systems and processes, ensuring legislative compliance, supporting onboarding activities, and fostering community and educational partnerships to strengthen ONWA’s talent pipeline.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Recruiter contributes to building a skilled, culturally informed workforce that supports ONWA’s vision, mandate, and values.
