We are seeking a highly skilled and confident HR Operations Manager to lead and manage HR operations for our organization in the Dubai.
This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of HR processes and systems while maintaining confidentiality.
The successful candidate will oversee the entire HR operations, working closely with the HR team and senior leadership to drive excellence in HR service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- :
- Manage and streamline HR operations, including employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and terminations).
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll, benefits, and other HR-related documentation.
- Oversee the implementation and management of HR systems and databases to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead and manage HR projects to improve employee experience, retention, and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and best practices in HR.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and resolve HR-related challenges.
- Assist in recruitment efforts, ensuring effective candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure a fair and consistent approach to workplace issues.
Qualifications
- :
- Proven experience as an HR Operations Manager or similar role, ideally within the market.
- In-depth knowledge of UAElabor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in HR software and systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Preferred Skills
- :
- HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is highly preferred.
