The Perfume Factory is a Qatar-based fragrance brand initiative creating and selling distinctive Made in Qatar perfumes to global markets.
The company produces fragrances and provides turnkey product experiences for customers building their own brands.
Role Description
The Human Resources Operations Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar.
The role supports day-to-day HR operations in a growing perfume manufacturing and brand development environment.
HR Operations Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records, process HR documentation, and support compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Manage HRIS data entry and reporting and maintain accurate digital employee records.
- Assist with employee benefits administration, onboarding, offboarding, and payroll-related activities.
- Respond to employee inquiries, prepare HR communications, and support HR projects and audits.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should have HR operations and human resources experience handling daily HR processes and employee lifecycle activities.
