Responsibilities
- Manage day to day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities
- Support recruitment activities, including coordinating interviews and onboarding new employees
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date
- Assist with employee relations by responding to HR related queries and providing guidance on company policies
- Coordinate leave management, attendance, and HR administrative processes
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Prepare HR reports, letters, contracts, and other employment documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth HR service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably within the healthcare or medical sector
- Good understanding of Saudi Labor Law and HR practices
- Proficient in JIRA HRMS System
- Strong organizational and communication skills

Role Overview
