Human Resources Officer (Only with Aesthetic Medical Centre Experience)

About The Role

• We are seeking an experienced, **Human Resources Officer** to oversee all HR functions within our premium Aesthetic Medical Centre.
• You will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
• This role requires someone who deeply understands the unique staffing, licensing, and operational dynamics of the medical aesthetics and dermatology industry in the UAE.

• **Aesthetics Experience:** You must have proven HR experience specifically within an Aesthetic Medical Centre, Cosmetic Clinic, or Dermatology center.
• **UAE Experience:** You must have prior HR experience in the UAE with a strong understanding of UAE Labor Law.
• **Dubai Resident:** You must currently live in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• **Specialized Recruitment:** Source, interview, and hire top-tier clinic staff, including dermatologists, aesthetic nurses, laser technicians, and administrative personnel.
• **HR Administration & Compliance:** Ensure all clinic HR operations comply with UAE Labor Law, DHA (Dubai Health Authority) regulations, and internal company policies.
• **System Management:** Utilize **Odoo (HR/CRM modules)** to manage employee records, attendance, payroll preparation, and internal communications.
• **Onboarding & Offboarding:** Manage the complete onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the clinic, as well as handling exit interviews and offboarding procedures.
• **Employee Relations:** Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, performance reviews, and conflict resolution, maintaining a positive and professional clinic culture.

Requirements & Qualifications

• **Industry Experience (Dealbreaker):** Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience strictly within the **Aesthetic Medical field**.
• **UAE Experience (Dealbreaker):** Solid background working in UAE HR, with up-to-date knowledge of local labor laws.
• **Location (Dealbreaker):** Current resident of Dubai.
• **Languages:** Fully articulate in **English** (spoken and written).
• **Software Skills:** Hands-on experience working with **Odoo** (or similar ERP/HRMS systems) is highly required.
• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (CIPD certification is a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

• Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
