Role Overview

  • The HR Officer is responsible for executing and supporting key human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, timekeeping, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and training.
  • This role ensures strict compliance with company policies and labor regulations, driving efficient HR operations while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in an HR role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) would be an advantage).
  • HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of local labor laws, recruitment practices, employee relations, and compensation & benefits administration.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Integrity: Proven ability to handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
