Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities

• Leave Management
• Process all types of leaves (annual, maternity, unpaid leave, compensation leave, escort leave, etc.)
• Ensure timely submission of return-from-leave requests after verifying them against the attendance system.
• Process long sick leave requests and ensure all required documents are submitted before forwarding them to the medical committee.
• 2. Contract Renewals & Probation Evaluations
• Handle the contract renewal process, including obtaining renewal decisions from line managers, issuing renewal letters, attaching required documents (e.g., performance appraisal score), and completing renewals in the HR system.
• Monitor employees nearing the end of their probation period and ensure their evaluations and status confirmations are completed by the line manager.
• 3. Employee Benefits & Allowances
• Process all types of employee benefits and allowances on the HR system, such as job promotions, annual travel tickets, distinction awards, special allowances, annual increments, transportation allowances, and overtime requests.
• 4. Employee Transfers & Changes
• Process transfers and employee data changes in the HR system, including job title changes, marital status updates, and educational degree modifications.
• 5. Salary & Business Mission Requests
• Issue salary certificates (To Whom It May Concern) for academic and non-academic staff and ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Process Business Mission requests through the HR online application and verify compliance with university policies.
• 6. Attendance & Punctuality Management
• Manage the attendance system, including creating new accounts, fingerprint registration for new joiners, attendance schedules, shift adjustments, and learning program days.
• Monitor attendance records and report violations such as late arrivals, early departures, and absences.
• Apply disciplinary actions related to attendance and punctuality according to university regulations.
