About the Role
Global Vision Commercial Company (GVCO) is seeking a full-time, on-site Human Resources Officer in Jeddah. The role supports day-to-day HR operations including employee records, recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance, employee relations, and compliance with Saudi labor regulations.

Responsibilities
- Support day to day HR operations including employee records, recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance, employee relations, performance processes, and compliance with Saudi labor regulations
- Assist in preparing HR reports, updating policies and job descriptions, maintaining HR documentation
- Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace effectiveness
Requirements
- Saudi national, male or female
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous professional experience in Human Resources is required
- Good knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR regulations
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration
- Strong communication, organization, confidentiality, and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with HR systems or ERP platforms is an advantage
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is an advantage

Role Description
- GVCO is seeking a full time, on site Human Resources Officer to join its team in Jeddah – Third Industrial City.
- The Human Resources Officer will support the company’s day to day HR operations, including employee records, recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance, employee relations, performance processes, and compliance with Saudi labor regulations.
- The role will also assist in preparing HR reports, updating policies and job descriptions, maintaining HR documentation, and supporting initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace effectiveness.
