Role Description
- The Human Resources Officer is a full time, on site role based in Jeddah.
- This role is responsible for managing day to day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, coordinating onboarding and orientation, and assisting in performance management activities.
- The Human Resources Officer will help develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and job descriptions in alignment with organizational goals and local regulations.
- The role also involves handling employee relations matters, responding to HR related inquiries, and supporting training and development initiatives to foster a positive and compliant workplace.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in day to day HR operations.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies and Job Description Development, including the ability to draft, review, and implement HR frameworks and documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, including managing workplace concerns, promoting engagement, and supporting conflict resolution.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices, preferably within the healthcare or medical devices sector.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
