Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Proficiency in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies
- Demonstrated ability in Employee Relations
- Experience in Job Description Development
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Competence with HR information systems and MS Office
- Ability to work with discretion, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate effectively

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience supporting core HR operations
- Proficiency in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies that align with organizational values and local regulations
- Demonstrated ability in Employee Relations, including handling inquiries, addressing concerns professionally, and supporting a respectful workplace
- Experience in Job Description Development, including reviewing, drafting, and updating role profiles in coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications are an advantage)
- Competence with HR information systems and MS Office and strong attention to detail in documentation
- Ability to work with discretion, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate effectively with diverse staff and leadership teams
