Role overview
The Human Resources Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role supports the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records management, and HR documentation.
Role responsibilities
- Respond to employee inquiries and assist with performance management processes.
- Support training and development initiatives and help implement HR policies in line with local labor regulations.
- Collaborate with managers to address workforce needs and maintain HR systems and data accuracy.
- Support employee engagement and retention activities.
- Prepare HR reports, ensure compliance with company procedures, and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
