We are hiring: **HR** for a **Medical Facility** in **Abu Dhabi**
We are looking for a qualified and experienced HR professional to join our healthcare team.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations within a medical facility
- Handle employee records, onboarding, and offboarding
- Process **licenses and renewals** for healthcare staff
- Manage and coordinate with **TAMM Portal** for government-related HR transactions
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and healthcare regulations
- Support recruitment, attendance, and employee relations
Requirements
- Previous experience in **medical facility / healthcare HR**
- Knowledge and experience in **licensing processes**
- Familiarity with **TAMM Portal** is required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
