Position Overview
Al Yanbou Electromechanical Works LLC is hiring an experienced Human Resources Officer.
The role requires at least five years of HR experience in the UAE.
Requirements
- At least five years of UAE HR experience is required.
- MEP or construction company experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR procedures is required.
- Experience with MOHRE, visa, work permit, and employee-related processes is required.
- Knowledge of employee records, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and disciplinary procedures is required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
- Good command of English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office is required.

- The position is located in Dubai, UAE.
- Work location is in person.
