We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations in the UAE. You will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with UAE labor laws.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day to day HR operations across the organization
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives
- Manage performance appraisal processes and employee development programs
- Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
- Support learning and development initiatives to enhance employee performance
- Prepare HR reports, workforce planning, and people analytics
- Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, including leadership or management experience
- Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or PHR are highly desirable
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- In depth knowledge of HR practices and UAE labor legislation
- Strong problem solving, organizational, and decision making skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strategic mindset with a passion for employee engagement and organizational development

About the Role
