About the Opportunity
Human Resources Manager role with full ownership of the HR function at a Mississauga food manufacturing plant.
The role serves as a trusted advisor to plant leadership and supports employees across the site.

Location and Work Mode
- The role is located in Mississauga, Ontario.
- The work mode is on site.
- Hours are Monday to Friday.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage the plant HR function, including employment agreements, corrective action, terminations, grievances, arbitration and regulatory matters.
- Interpret and administer the collective agreement, resolve grievances, support arbitrations and contribute to bargaining.
- Advise plant leadership and employees on policies, values and HR programs.
- Lead investigations, accommodations, disability management and occupational and non-occupational return-to-work planning.
- Partner on hiring, interviews, offers and onboarding.
- Manage performance practices, SMART objectives, succession planning and development needs.
- Lead engagement, retention and change management initiatives.
