Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Riyadh.

The HR Manager will oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

The role will involve developing and implementing HR policies, facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

The HR Manager will act as a strategic partner to ensure alignment between business needs and the HR strategy.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
  • Knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
  • Familiarity with Saudi labor laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Experience in creating and implementing training, development, and employee engagement programs
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration.
  • Must have two years of experience with ( Jisir ) HR system
  • Manage all government websites like ( GOSI \\ Qiwa \\ HRDF \\ HRSD \\ Mudad \\ Taqat \\ Muqeem ) .
  • Manage medical insurance policy for staff .
  • HR experience + 8 years ( with minimum two years in lead position )
