Role Overview
Experienced HR Manager sought to lead the HR function for a growing multi-location veterinary clinic group in Riyadh.
The role reports to senior management and supports clinics across multiple locations.
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
- Coordinate onboarding and documentation for new hires across all locations.
HR Operations and Compliance
- Manage GOSI, Qiwa, and Mudad/WPS processes.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law.
- Oversee employee records, contracts, and government portal requirements.
Payroll and Employee Relations
- Manage payroll coordination and processing.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and performance management.
Policy and Development
- Build and maintain HR policies and procedures across all locations.
