Human Resources Manager

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all HR operations and the HR team
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and HR strategies
• Manage manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention
• Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, attendance, leave, and employee records
• Manage performance appraisal, KPIs, training, and employee development
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and investigations
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and applicable regulations
• Oversee government HR platforms, including Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and other relevant systems
• Monitor Saudization requirements and workforce compliance
• Develop organizational structures, job descriptions, grading, and salary structures
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, budgets, and workforce analytics for management
• Support organizational development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government HR platforms
• Strong experience in HR operations, recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee relations

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, customs clearance, warehousing, or a similar operational industry
