What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 5-10 years combined experience in one or more of the following areas: labour relations, compensation, performance management, organizational planning, workforce analytics, or project management
CHRL designation an asset
Flexible and adaptable
Strong working knowledge of the Employment Standards Act
Proven ability to work with all levels of employees from hourly to Plant Leadership
Superior analytical and organizational skills
Extremely high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Multifaceted Human Resources trained person
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Superior business acumen and strong organizational and planning skills
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to changing priorities
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, KPI management
Previous Management experience working in a manufacturing environment is required
Legally authorized to work in Canada
Professional and a collaborative, solution‑focused mindset
Work Schedule & Pay
- Schedule: Full‑time, On-site, Manufacturing Operations
- Hours: Monday–Friday, standard hours. Weekend work depending on position when scheduled as per customer demand
- Overtime: As required, in accordance with company policy and applicable legislation
- Compensation Range : $90,000–$120,000 annual
- This range reflects our current expectations as of this posting’s date. Your final salary offer will consider various key factors, including education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographical locations, as well as the needs and requirements of the business.
