Role overview
The role is manufacturing-focused and requires hands-on HR technology transformation experience in industrial organizations.
The Human Resource Technology Lead drives digital transformation, HRMS governance, automation, analytics, and employee experience.
The role bridges HR, IT, payroll, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable HR processes.
Compensation
- The stated CTC is 15 lakh to 20 lakh per annum.
Schedule
- Saturday working is required.
- Working hours are 9:30am to 6:30pm.
Key responsibilities
- Manage HRMS platforms with governance, data integrity, and compliance.
- Drive HR digitization across recruitment, onboarding, performance, payroll, and separation.
- Lead HRMS implementations, upgrades, user acceptance testing, and change management.
- Build HR dashboards and analytics using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Manage integrations with payroll, attendance, biometric, and finance systems.
