Role Overview
The HR Manager will lead the entire employee lifecycle for a manufacturing unit.
The role supports a workforce of more than 300 employees, including staff and shop-floor teams.

What You Will Do
- Partner with leadership to forecast needs and hire for technical, non-technical, and shop-floor roles.
- Manage blue-collar and contract employees, foster positive industrial relations, and lead grievance redressal.
- Oversee monthly payroll, statutory deductions, and labor law compliance.
- Manage plant facilities, vendor contracts, canteen operations, and infrastructure projects.
- Implement shop-floor KPI systems, structured onboarding, employee welfare, and skill development.
