Khafy App seeks an experienced HR Manager in Jeddah to build and develop HR systems and practices. The role oversees recruitment, performance management, training, payroll, employee relations, and compliance with Saudi Labor Law.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the HR strategy and annual plan in alignment with the company’s objectives
- Manage the full recruitment and onboarding cycle from workforce planning to employee joining
- Develop HR policies, procedures, organizational structures, and job descriptions
- Design and implement performance management systems and monitor key performance indicators
- Identify training needs and develop continuous employee development plans
- Develop career paths, promotion plans, succession planning, and replacement strategies
- Oversee payroll, benefits, attendance, leave management, and employee records
- Manage employee relations, address complaints and workplace conflicts, and enhance the work environment
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal company policies
- Manage and follow up on government platforms including Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher Business, and Wage Protection System
- Prepare HR reports and analyze recruitment, performance, training, turnover, and workforce related metrics
- Manage and operate ERP and HR management systems and support automation of HR processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8–15 years of experience in Human Resources, including supervisory or managerial experience
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and relevant government platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher Business, Wage Protection System)
- Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, training and development, employee affairs, and payroll
- Hands on experience with ERP and HR management systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Zoho People, Jisr, MenaITech, or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Fluency in both Arabic and English
