Role Overview

  • Aetram Finserv L.L.C. is seeking an experienced and technically strong HR Manager to lead and elevate our human resources function.
  • This role requires a hands on HR professional with deep domain expertise gained within banking, investment banking, forex, or fintech environments.
  • The successful candidate will own the end to end HR agenda — from talent acquisition and performance management to compliance, employee relations, and HR systems — while acting as a strategic partner to leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on organisational design, workforce planning, and people strategy.
  • Build and maintain HR policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with UAE labour law and financial sector best practices.
  • Lead full cycle recruitment for roles across the organisation, with particular focus on specialised finance, trading, and compliance talent.
  • Design a structured, high quality onboarding journey that reflects Aetram Finserv's standards and culture.
  • Partner with business heads to forecast hiring needs and build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Drive performance management cycles including goal setting, appraisals, and development planning.
  • Identify skill gaps and design targeted learning and development interventions.
  • Champion a high performance, accountable, and engaged workplace culture.
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE labour law, WPS, and relevant financial sector regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee payroll processing accuracy, benefits administration, and HRIS data integrity.
  • Manage employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary processes with sound judgement and discretion.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4–5 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven domain experience within banking, investment banking, forex, or fintech organizations — this is a mandatory requirement.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HR operations, UAE labour law, payroll, and compliance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to offboarding.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms (Zoho Preferred), MS Office, and HR analytics/reporting tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (desirable).
  • Prior experience working within a regulated financial services environment in the UAE (desirable).
  • Additional language skills relevant to the UAE/GCC market (desirable).
