- Manage HR data and reporting, compensation and benefits administration

Requirements
- Strong human resources management skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Demonstrated experience in HR policy development, compliance with UAE labor laws, and handling disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Ability to design and support training, development, and talent management programs
- Proficiency in HR data management, reporting, and use of HRIS tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner is mandatory
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
- Fluency in English & Arabic is mandatory

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Human Resources Manager role based in Dubai.
- The Human Resources Manager will oversee the end to end employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
- This role will develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with local labor laws and company standards, while supporting a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture.
- The Human Resources Manager will handle employee relations, provide guidance to managers on HR best practices, and support training, development, and succession planning initiatives.
- The role will also manage HR data and reporting, compensation and benefits administration, and collaborate closely with senior leadership to support organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Strong human resources management skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
