Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all Human Resources operations across the organization
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Build and maintain a high performance, people focused organizational culture
- Manage recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Ensure full compliance with UAE employment legislation and corporate governance
- Advise senior leadership on HR strategy, organizational development, succession planning, and employee engagement
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative workplace across a diverse international workforce
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of overall Human Resources experience
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience with a UAE real estate development company
- Demonstrated experience managing and supporting a multinational and multicultural workforce
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
- Proven experience across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and HR operations
- Experience developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and organizational initiatives
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (CIPD or equivalent HR certification is an advantage)

Role Overview

- We are looking for an HR leader with extensive experience in the UAE real estate development sector.
