Manage the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources function through HR professionals and/or supervisors
Partner with business leaders to develop and execute workforce strategies aligned with organizational goals

Support departmental budgeting, resource planning, and execution of organizational priorities
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
Master's degree preferred
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of related Human Resources experience; or 8 years with a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience
Previous experience managing Human Resources professionals and/or supervisors
Experience partnering with business leaders to execute workforce planning and organizational initiatives
Experience managing employee relations, performance management, compensation, and talent development programs
Experience supporting business planning, organizational priorities, and HR operations
Experience using HRIS systems, workforce analytics, and reporting tools
Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, or engineering organizations
Experience leading HR teams within a high-growth or rapidly scaling environment
Professional HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent)
Experience supporting organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives
Familiarity with government contracting and compliance requirements
Experience implementing HR systems or process improvement initiatives
