Role Overview
Smart Food Safe is seeking a Human Resources Manager to shape organizational culture, drive talent acquisition, and support employee engagement and development.
The role partners with leadership to align HR practices with business objectives and values.
The position leads recruitment, development, and retention of technology talent, including developers, data scientists, and QA engineers.
Talent Acquisition and Development
- Develop recruitment strategies, define candidate profiles, source candidates, and manage screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Design training, mentorship, upskilling, career development, and succession planning programs.
- Manage performance processes, employee development, relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Engagement and Culture
- Drive engagement, retention, recognition, feedback, and employee satisfaction initiatives.
- Promote the company as an employer of choice and organize meetups, tech talks, and internal culture initiatives.
