Role overview
Sarayu Clinics is seeking an experienced HR Manager to independently manage recruitment, employee relations, performance, discipline, and daily HR operations.
The role is full-time and on-site in Greater Kailash-1, New Delhi.
Key responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment across clinical, sales, operations, and administrative roles.
- Manage onboarding, attendance, leave, employee documentation, and exit formalities.
- Monitor performance, discipline, KRAs, KPIs, and workplace conduct.
- Handle grievances, conflicts, warning letters, PIPs, and disciplinary matters.
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs, incentive and leave records, and coordinate full-and-final settlements.
- Implement HR policies and SOPs and maintain complete employee records.
- Partner with management and department heads on manpower planning, retention, and performance.
Requirements
- Bring 4–6 years of HR experience.
- Have strong recruitment and employee-management experience.
- Have excellent communication, documentation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Be assertive, organized, discreet, and capable of independently handling HR operations.
- Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, hospitality, luxury retail, or a service-based organization is preferred.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹35,000–₹50,000 per month.

- Work location is in person at Greater Kailash-1, New Delhi.
