Role Overview

Lead HR functions and support strategic initiatives aligned with company goals.

Partner with business leaders, Corporate HR, and shared services across workforce, compliance, and people initiatives.

Business and Corporate HR Partnership

  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent management, and people risk.
  • Act as the primary liaison between country businesses and Corporate HR on strategy, governance, and people initiatives.
  • Escalate significant compliance or organizational risks and participate in regional and corporate HR projects.

Government Relations and Compliance

  • Manage workforce-related government transactions and labor compliance through Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, and other relevant platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with employment, immigration, and labor regulations.
  • Monitor the KSA regulatory and legislative landscape and advise leaders on required actions and potential impacts.
  • Drive Saudization initiatives and support work authorization, employment registration, and regulatory audits.

Employee Lifecycle and HR Operations

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance, talent reviews, mobility, and offboarding.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and HR operations with Corporate HR and shared services.
  • Maintain accurate workforce data and manage employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinaries, and investigations.

Culture and Nationalization

  • Drive engagement and retention initiatives that promote a positive, high-performing culture.
  • Lead workforce localization initiatives and advise business leaders on national employment targets and requirements.
  • Partner with leaders to attract, develop, and retain local talent.
  • Build relationships with educational institutions and external partners to strengthen national talent pipelines.
  • Support national talent development programs that contribute to workforce sustainability and capability building.

Employer Brand

  • Support the development and visibility of the company’s employer brand in KSA.
  • Use external partnerships, talent events, and community engagement to strengthen brand presence and attract local talent.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience focused on generalist functions.
  • Previous supervisory experience in HR is preferred.
  • An HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.

Technical and Behavioral Skills

  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Ability to analyze HR metrics and generate reports.
  • Relevant competencies include teamwork, results focus, learning agility, creativity, service excellence, adaptability, communication, planning, organization, and problem solving.
