ESAB Middle East & Africa is seeking an HR Intern to perform administrative tasks and support the HR department's daily activities, focusing on CSR, employee branding, reports, induction, and recruitment.

Responsibilities
- Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
- Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
- Screen resumes and application forms
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
- Prepare HR related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
- Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)
- Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
- Participate in organizing company events and careers days
- Key interfaces will include Interactions with Customer Support Department and Internal Finance Department
Requirements
- Recently completed bachelor’s degree and/or Professional Certification in HR or Psychology
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS & resume databases
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and proactive
- Familiarity with Accounting Software
- Team player who could work cross functionally
- 0 2 years in a position/internship relating to HR field preferred
- Prior experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Excellent communication skill in English required

Position Overview
