About the Role
ESAB Middle East & Africa is seeking an HR Intern to support daily HR activities including CSR, employee branding, reporting, induction, and recruitment. The role involves updating databases, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing reports.

Responsibilities
- Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
- Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
- Screen resumes and application forms
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
- Prepare HR related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
- Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)
- Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
- Participate in organizing company events and careers days
Requirements
- Recently completed bachelor’s degree and/or Professional Certification in HR or Psychology
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS & resume databases
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
- Excellent problem solving skills and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and proactive
- Familiarity with Accounting Software
- Team player who could work cross functionally
- 0 2 years in a position/internship relating to HR field preferred
- Prior experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Excellent communication skill in English required

Position Overview
- The aim of HR Intern is to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities.
- This role will focus more into enhancing the CSR activities, Employee branding, Reports, Induction and Recruitment processes.

Stipend
- 3000 AED (All Inclusive) per month.
