BECON TRADING AND CONTRACTING WLL is seeking an HR Executive with 5+ years of experience to oversee daily HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook guidelines
- Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Coordinate performance management and annual appraisal processes
- Support payroll preparation, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Organize employee engagement, wellness, and training programs
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation for management review
- Assist management in workforce planning and talent retention initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an HR Executive
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations
- Proficiency in HRMS software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
