Uaen Hr Generalist

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Assist in manpower planning and budgeting aligned with business needs and Emiratization goals
• Manage the full recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, hiring)
• Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs
• Support talent management initiatives, including succession planning
• Assist in implementing compensation and benefits frameworks
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters with guidance to managers
• Support performance management (goal setting, reviews, improvement plans)
• Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs
• Manage payroll processing and resolve any discrepancies
• Support Emiratization initiatives and ensure compliance with local regulations
• Drive employee engagement and morale initiatives
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for management
• Assist in updating job descriptions and role evaluations
• Manage employee exit processes, including final settlements and visa cancellations

Requirements

• UAEN (mandatory)
• 4–5 years of HR generalist experience
• Good understanding of labour laws and HR practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple HR activities in a fast-paced environment
