Job Purpose
Manage day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, leave, employee relations, and compliance.
Ensure HR processes are accurate and timely, employees receive support, and company policy and UAE labour law are applied consistently.
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Manage job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and offer letter preparation.
- Coordinate workstation, access card, and other new-joiner requirements with Projects & Procurement and IT.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation, confirm checklist completion, and maintain hiring records.
Payroll Administration
- Verify attendance, leave, and overtime data as payroll inputs and prepare monthly payroll sheets in Excel and the HRIS.
- Upload WPS SIF files, resolve rejections, and maintain salary, deduction, leave, and reimbursement records.
- Raise payroll requests in the ERP and coordinate postings, payments, and employee card issues with Finance and the payroll provider.
