Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee requests.
- Handle onboarding, transfers, promotions, and separation activities across the employee lifecycle.
- Maintain employee records and HR transactions in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Support payroll activities and provide accurate HR inputs.
- Manage employee data, attendance, leave, and other HR documentation.
- Prepare HR reports and provide HR analytics as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
- Support HR audits, projects, and process improvement initiatives.
- Partner with employees and managers to provide effective HR support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in HR Operations.
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is required.
- Strong understanding of HR Operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience in payroll support and employee data management.
- Good knowledge of UAE labor practices and HR policies.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
