Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and create accurate job descriptions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds
- Maintain and build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Prepare offer letters, manage negotiations, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports
- Support employee engagement initiatives and assist with other HR operations as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the Real Estate industry
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in hiring for sales, leasing, property management, engineering, and corporate roles within real estate
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment

Salary Range
- From 6,000 AED to 9,000 AED
